Forum > Export in Live

Hi everyone,
I've just finished a track and I'd like to export it, but the resulting wav is quieter than the audio from Live, so, does anybody know the right settings for exporting a track?
Thanks

this seems to be a common problem and one which i had but never got to the bottom of.
try reimporting your rendered audio back in to live to check it, the level should be the same as the original

also might be worth turning off all fx on the master channel when you render, only have them on when u record the audio

ok, i think i may know what it is. the volume control on the pc is lower than max.

live seems to always playback at the max pc volume no matter what its set at but of course the media player used to playback rendered audio will be affected by the lower pc volume. turn pc vol to max and the rendered audio sounds the same volume level in the media player as it does in live.
